WeCann Gains 100% Approval Ratings on Adult-Use Retail Cannabis in Santa Ana

WeCann has once again shown itself to be the premier licensing firm of Southern California, having gained 100% phase-2 approvals on all six of our client’s submissions. We’re 6 for 6!

The City of Santa Ana is in the midst of approving 11 additional adult-use, retail cannabis business licenses, bringing the total number to 30 issued licenses. Being the only city in Orange County issuing cannabis dispensary licenses, you can imagine how sought after these 11 licenses have been. WeCann was fortunate enough to represent 6 of the phase-2 applicants, all of which were approved and which represent more than 50% of phase-2 approvals. WeCann also represented 1 of the 11 phase-2 approvals in their real estate acquisition.

We’re at 100% on every application we’ve submitted; we haven’t had a single application denied yet. In some cases, cities are claiming that these are the best package applications they’ve seen.
